Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SR Financials & Tax Advisors LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality accounting, taxation, and outsourcing services. Our team works diligently to meet client expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel services or request a refund. Please review our policy carefully:

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice via email to info@srfintaxadvisors.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle or project milestone.
  • Cancellation requests for one-time projects (such as tax filing, bookkeeping catch-up, or consulting) will only be accepted if work has not yet commenced.
  • If the service has already started, cancellation may be subject to applicable charges based on the work completed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional accounting and advisory services, refunds are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis:

Eligible Refunds

  • If SR Fintax Advisory is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be processed.
  • Overpayments or duplicate payments will be refunded in full upon verification.
  • If a service is canceled by the client before work has commenced, a refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services where work has been initiated or completed.
  • Consulting, advisory, or strategy sessions once scheduled or delivered.
  • Government filing fees, third-party payments, or software subscriptions paid on behalf of the client.
  • Tax preparation or accounting projects where deliverables have been provided.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Clients must provide valid proof of payment for processing.
  • SR Fintax Advisory reserves the right to deduct applicable charges for work completed before cancellation.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disagreements regarding service quality or deliverables, clients are encouraged to contact our support team at info@srfintaxadvisors.com.
  • Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns before initiating refunds or cancellations.

5. Modifications

  • SR Fintax Advisory reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
